Dr Hall and is staff are amazing! They are all so patient, kind and helpful! Dr Hall has a special way of talking to my daughter to make her feel safe, while he does his exam and includes her with participation, like letting her hold the suction and suctioning her self when needed. Dr. Hall is the best pediatric dentist I've ever met and really lives up to his commitment to providing minimally-invasive, gentle care for his young patients. His sensitivity, patience and clear communication also is a great comfort to parents.I visited Dr. Hall for a second opinion after my previous pediatric dentist recommended that my two year old get a root canal under general anesthesia. I was grateful to schedule a appt rather quickly and to have minimal time in the child-friendly waiting room before being seen.After a thorough assessment, including multiple caring staff helping my fidgety child to take X-rays, Dr. Hall recommended less invasive treatment. He took the time to explain how he arrived at his decision, laid out risks and benefits, and as a parent himself, affirmed that this is what he would choose if it were his own child.Throughout the procedure, Dr. Hall made sure I fully understand what was happening and checked in to make sure we were on the same page on how to support my child through it. He even texted afterwards to see how he was feeling.What became a second opinion quickly turned into what I expect will be a trusted long term relationship with Dr. Hall and his awesome and supportive staff for both by children.

What I like the most of Sunray is that the Dr Hall always takes a very hands-on approach to patient care, actively examining and assessing your kid’s dental health. Both my daughters are his patients and I have seen a high level of personal involvement and attention to detail in every visit.

We’ve had an incredible experience with this dentist, and I highly, really recommend them. I really love Sunray Pediatric Dentistry! They have the most friendly and helpful staff. Sunray is great! Dr. Hall is so professional, and he is a very kid-friendly dentist. He showed them all the tools before he used them, and let them taste the polish and fluoride, and see and feel how everything worked so that they were comfortable. The staff are very patient, kind, and professional as well. Both of my children, 2 and 4, were very comfortable and happy there.The office is cute and clean, and the staff are all wonderful. There are even TVs on the ceiling so the kids can watch a movie while having their teeth cleaned!

My first experience with Dr. Hall was 2 1/2 years ago when one of my twins fell off his bike and chipped part of his front tooth off, Dr. Hall spent half an hour on the phone with me while I was waiting in the emergency room with my twins and talked me through options and treatment. He was so helpful! I’ve been taking my twins to him now regularly for cleanings and dental care for at least 2 1/2 years and he is always very great with them. They are both on the autism spectrum and he is so calm, Patient, and explains what is going to happen, which is super important for them.

Update: I have been taking my autistic and non-verbal son to Sunray for the last couple years and I’m still so happy with Dr. Hall and his staff. A couple months ago on a Saturday or Sunday my son had bit a toy and one of his bottom teeth started bleeding and was loose! I was so worried, I called Sunray and Dr.Hall came in on his day off just to help us! He ended up doing an x ray and extraction. He pulled the tooth out so fast!!! I am so grateful for Dr.Hall and his staff. They are so accommodating and welcoming and gentle with my son. You won’t be disappointed if you bring your kiddos here!

Many pediatrics suggest unnecessary treatment. Dr. Hall’s office recommends a watch and wait approach when appropriate and we (kids and pocketbook) appreciate that. Then, six months later, it was time to treat, so we did then and are very happy.

We are new to the area and needed an appointment for our twin boys going into kindergarten before the school year started. Dr. Hall and his team (Cristal in the front office, in particular) were very communicative, positive and friendly. We were able to get an appointment quickly and they even took time to speak with our daughter who has some anxiety about dental offices and procedures. We would highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area! My kiddos are excited to go back in a few months!

I love Dr. Hall and his entire team. My daughter has a really tough time staying on track and listening, so this office is the perfect fit for her. The entire team is kind, Dr. Hall has trained everyone how to deal with "distracted" patients kindly, and the post-visit coins for good behavior are *chef's kiss*. Also, the aesthetic is so gorgeous and the office is very clean. This is a GEM of a place.

We just had our first visit to Sunray with our 2yo. He tends to be very scared of new places, but the staff was so accommodating! We were immediately greeted by a kind receptionist when we walked in. They have a “quiet room” which is a room separate from the main treatment area with low sensory stimulation - such a thoughtful design for a pediatric dentistry!! Dr. Hall was so kind and patient with my little one, this was the best dental visit my son has ever experienced so far! Minimal crying and the exam and brushing was very gentle. Will def be coming back! Thank you Dr. Hall and staff!

Staff was friendly and very accommodating to my 4 year old. There’s a coloring table for the kids while waiting to be called in. Staff gives directions that can easily be understood by a child and they try to make them feel comfortable. The office was clean, modern, and inviting. We’re glad we found Sunray Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Hall continues to demonstrate an unrivaled proficiency for gently encouraging cooperation from a recalcitrant three year old. I cannot tell you how impressed I am by both Dr. Hall and his staff.Laura was proactive and incredibly helpful in working with me to resolve questions regarding dental insurance coverage. The hygienist was patient and persuasive, enabling us to obtain the desired x-rays. And the coup de grâce was Dr. Hall using the scaler to remove built up dental plaque, an exhibition of masterful bedside manner and an ability to inspire trust.I feel incredibly fortunate to have found this practice and I highly recommend it.

I can not thank this practice enough. My son had his first dental visit at 4 year old because of his sensory issues that caused him to panic if someone tried to touch his face. I was able to show him videos of other kids getting their teeth cleaned on Sunrays different social accounts. He went from being extremely nervous to curious. When we arrived at the practice, we were greeted by friendly front staff. The dental assistant took us back for X-rays and explained everything to my son in a way he would understand. She made sure it was fun and positive experience. They have tvs on the ceiling with movies playing. It’s so calm and relaxing in there. She showed him all the tools they would use on him and even let him play with them. For a child on the spectrum this is important. I was so shocked he let her clean his teeth. They had him hold a stuffed animal to busy his hands. The dentist came in after the cleaning. He was so nice and talked calmly with my son. It was such a positive experience. The front desk staff was so sweet. I can’t thank her enough. They all want to learn as much as they can about kids that need extra help (special needs) to better equip themselves.
